Shipping & Returns
Packages typically ship from Maryland within 2-5 business days of your order confirmation. Allow an additional 2-5 business days for normal freight time to your destination. During special promotions, expect some delay as we work to deliver the most extraordinary service to you. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
We ship via USPS within the US. Orders $150+ ship free. Otherwise, we offer various options for shipping.
Price are listed in US dollars. All international packages ship via DHL. All order totals will include local tax, if applicable, to be prepaid at checkout.
International Customs / Duties / Fees / Taxes
Your regional taxes are your responsibility. We make every effort to ensure that shopping is as effortless and predictable as possible. When you complete your purchase with us, your total at checkout will reflect your total landed cost.
Packages will be marked at full value in accordance with the law.
No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.
*If DHL does not service your country, we are currently unable to ship to you through our website. Please see our Stockist List of retailers. We are currently unable to ship to your country if your country has restrictions on the importation of cosmetics. If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Plenitude handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
As part of our commitment to you and as known by all that Plénitude offers 100% natural and organic skincare and beauty products that guarantees 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at www.shopmyplenitude.com, you may return them within 14 days after receiving your order. If your product is outside of the 14 day return policy window, please feel free to contact one of our customer service representatives for further assistance.
Unopened goods will be refunded in full.

- Returned products are subject to inspection by Plenitude staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, and any original product packaging must be returned. Please do not return empty products.
- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.

- Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product’s original packaging. You are welcome to keep your free samples or gifts with purchase – those are yours!
You are responsible for return shipping charges. To ensure that we receive your return, we strongly recommend using a method of shipment with tracking and insurance.
